We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Nicerior is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Notes:

1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

2) Shipping Time does not include a 1-3 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.

3) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

4) If there is any shipping issue with your package , you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was placed.

 

5) Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.

 

*14 days easy return/exchange

If you are not 100% satisfied with the item you received, we are happy to accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt. Please make sure that the item is in a brand new condition.

*Can I return or exchange the goods?

For most items in a brand new condition, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of receipt.

If you want to exchange goods quickly, you can send back the next new order at the same time. We will return the old one upon receipt.

*What is your return and exchange policy?

You have 14 days to decide whether the product is right for you. If it is not suitable, you can of course come to us within 14 days after receipt.

The returned goods must be received in a brand new, unwashed, undyed and damaged condition.

Make sure to keep the original plastic bag.

You are responsible for the shipping and replenishment costs of returning the item to the Nicerior warehouse.

Nicerior is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If you leave the wrong address, please contact us to change the address immediately before we ship the goods. If not, Nicerior is not responsible for the wrong address provided by the customer.

After receiving your return at the warehouse, please wait up to 1 week for it to be credited to your account.
